Art as a Spiritual Practice

Date: Jan 29, 2011
Time: 11:45 am to 2:15 pm
Location: Doreene McLeod Rm, First Metropolitan United Church

Do you like to paint, play with crayons, do collage, play with clay? This group is about experiencing the presence of Spirit working through us as we create. It’s about playing, exploring and having fun in Sacred Space. No prior artistic experience is necessary, just a willingness to play with materials and to allow things to evolve. We invite those interested in making things, and those who might also wish to share their gifts with others.

Interested? Come and find out more! You are invited to attend a planning meeting to help share this program. We will meet together at 11:45 for soup ($5 donation). Then from 12:15 we will discuss the focus and direction of the group; set appropriate dates and times to meet. Please register by filling out the online registration form below.
