Epiphany Explorations 2013: Jan 17 to 20

Request for Proposals: Registrar/Secretariat for Epiphany Explorations

First†Metropolitan United Church in Victoria, BC is seeking a contractor in the Victoria area to provide Registrar and Secretariat services for the Epiphany Explorations conference- a conference taking place in January each year.

Interested parties should submit a proposal containing an outline of why they are interested, and why they should be chosen, for the contract; how they would organize the work, a proposed budget and invoicing schedule, resumés of the proponents, and references. The project is ideally suited for a two- person team. Strong computer skills (word processing, email, Excel spreadsheets, database), interpersonal skills, ability to work with volunteers and flexibility are required. Interviews are expected to commence May 14, 2012. Proposals should be sent by May 4 to: epiphany@firstmetvictoria.com. Inquiries about this opportunity can also be sent to this e-mail address. The contract is expected to begin in late May or early June.
