Would you like to join ina weekly program in which you can participate at your own time in the comfort of your home. This new program is for you. More than 100 First Met people took part in the “test drive” of the program this summer and the results were encouraging. You are invited to sign up for the program by sending an email to Allan Saunders (see below). Each week you will receive a message with a link to a short (2 to 5 minute) video clip which you may view when convenient to you and as often as you like. These videos can be a focus for conversation within your household and with friends at First Met. Each video is inspiring and informative and offers something meaningful on which to reflect during the week.
