Spring’s rushing waters teach us fluidity and flexibility.  They teach us how to go with the flow of our lives; how to move gently through life’s stages.  We explore the nature of emotional fluidity and learn ways to welcome in the Crone – the Old Wise One. We will spend time in silence, guided meditation, body prayers and walking in nature. We will draw on a variety of spiritual traditions: Christian, Buddhist, Sufi (the mystical tradition of Islam) and Metis-First Nations.

Sponsored by First Met and facilitated by Linda Mulhall. Fee $75 includes workshop materials, lunch and snacks, First Metropolitan members, $45 . Register by mail or in person at the church office, providing name, address, phone number, email address and dietary restrictions and enclosing a cheque made payable to “First Metropolitan United Church – May retreat” for the fee.
